Pasture Raised Chicken grown right here in Franklin County Missouri! This breed is a Cornish Cross and they average 4 lbs. per bird. These definitely aren’t the smaller size farm chickens you see at some markets. Our customers have commented that we raise mini turkeys! This birds have no saline solution injected into them and are NOT dipped in bleach like your grocery Tyson chicken. We don’t use drugs, hormones or antibiotics.
