This jelly is made with ORGANIC blackberries. I also made this batch to be low sugar as the berries tasted sweet enough and I don’t enjoy jelly that makes your teeth hurt. Lastly this batch was made PECTIN FREE! I know not everyone likes that addition to some jams and jellies. So I will do a little of both here and there (especially if requested).
